Fee: MVR2,500/- per person. You will be learning: * Fundamentals of cake decorating * How to make buttercream icing * How to bake a cake * How to cream, smooth and design * Piping techniques (how to pipe stars, borders, flowers) You will be making cupcakes and a final cake in class.
